Online Store

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you at least the age of majority in your state, province or residence. You may note use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of our Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to any copyright laws).

When paying via EFT, you have 24 hours to make payment before any limited-stock items (eg original paintings) are made available on the website again, at which point your order will be considered cancelled, and any other Customer who orders & pays for the item will be the rightful claimant of that item.

Product prices are subject to change without notice.

The copyright of any sold original paintings, print reproductions or other products that carry images produced by Jenna Krause will remain with the creator (Jenna Krause) and may not be used or reproduced for any unauthorised use. This includes but is not limited to commercial use, and the copying, reproduction or redistribution of images.

We strive to ensure that product images shown on the website represent the true product to the best of our ability, however it cannot be guaranteed that the image seen on the website will look exactly like the physical product. Actual colours may vary – this is because every computer monitor has different colour display capabilities and everyone sees these colours differently. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

Images of framed products are mock-ups and we do not guarantee that framed products will appear like the sample image.

In all cases, professional framing is recommended so that quality & conditions of the frame support longevity of the product. We will not assume responsibility for deterioration of the product where the product was not cared for in the recommended manner (that is, placed in a high-quality frame behind glass and kept in favourable non-humid conditions out of direct sunlight).

The Customer acknowledges that where paintings do not fit standard commercially available frames, custom framing may be required. More information can be found on the Shipping and Returns page and sizes are clearly stated on all product listings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for the discontinuation, modification, or suspension of the Service, or any price changes that may occur.

Where applicable, materials and condition of the product are stated to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Any returns, refunds, and exchanges, are carried out as per our Shipping and Returns policy.

Accepted payment methods include Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or payment off-site via third-party payment providers Walletdoc and Snapscan, which are governed by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and for the use of which Art by Jenna Krause will not be held responsible.
