A painting inspired while hiking in the Drakensburg mountains after the easing of some lockdown restrictions.

When I look back at my photographs, it was definitely much drier and browner than depicted here. But this is how it felt to me… Warm, rich and magical, with more colours in one landscape than you could ever imagine.
